We are seeking a Product Owner to join our team in Yerevan. In this role, you will act as both a product execution leader and a key collaborator in product management, translating strategic goals into actionable backlog items while ensuring efficient delivery across Agile teams.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, QA specialists, and business stakeholders to maintain a clear product vision and ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate has experience working in Agile environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance business priorities with technical delivery requirements.

• Own and maintain a structured, prioritized product backlog aligned with roadmap objectives.
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Validate delivered features against requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate product progress, outcomes, and updates through demos and stakeholder reviews.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and proactively remove delivery impediments.
• Work closely with Product Managers to align product vision, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
• Support engineers by clarifying requirements and helping remove blockers.
• Collect user feedback, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Ensure product increments meet quality standards and support predictable delivery cycles.

• 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar role within an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and product delivery best practices.
• Experience creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Experience prioritizing competing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, QA, design, and business teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
