Drip is looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and shape the end-to-end user experience across both Drip and Sleeknote products. This is a highly autonomous role for an experienced designer who is passionate about creating polished, user-centered experiences while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

You will work on both strategic product challenges and detailed interaction design improvements, balancing business goals with customer needs. The ideal candidate combines strong UX/UI expertise, technical fluency, and a data-informed design approach while using AI tools as part of their daily workflow.

• Own the end-to-end product experience across Drip and Sleeknote platforms.
• Identify user friction points and improve customer journeys and workflows.
• Design intuitive, polished, and scalable user experiences aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and support teams.
• Refine interaction details, design systems, and UI components to ensure product quality.
• Use customer feedback, analytics, and data to guide design decisions.
• Participate in strategic product discussions and help shape long-term product direction.
• Work effectively across US and European time zones with regular live collaboration.

• Extensive experience as a Product Designer working on SaaS or digital products.
• Experience owning product experiences end-to-end across complex platforms.
• Strong UX/UI design skills with attention to detail and interaction quality.
• Ability to connect design decisions to business and customer outcomes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Technical fluency and comfort working directly with developers.
• Experience using data and research to inform product design decisions.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows as part of the design process.
• Ability to work independently in a high-autonomy remote environment.
• Availability for daily collaboration overlap across US and European time zones.
