EverAI is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join its fully remote team in Armenia. You will play a key role in building and scaling one of the largest AI-driven platforms globally, contributing to both product development and technical decision-making.

Working closely with the CTO, product managers, and engineering teams, you will design, implement, and optimize scalable systems while contributing to a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

• Collaborate with product managers to review requirements and define technical solutions.
• Break down features into tasks, plan integrations, and estimate timelines.
• Implement high-quality code, perform code reviews, and ensure proper testing.
• Build and scale backend and full-stack systems for high-traffic applications.
• Work closely with engineering, data, and product teams to deliver features.
• Contribute ideas, experiments, and improvements to the product roadmap.

• 5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack engineer.
• Experience working in fast-paced startups or scale-up environments.
• Experience building large-scale applications used by thousands of users.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby and modern web development practices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and modern frontend tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (fluent English).
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• User-focused approach to product development.
• Comfort working with NSFW-related products.
