We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our high-impact design team and shape the future of decentralized protocols. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio, with an 80/20 split between consumer-facing products (B2C) and developer-focused tools (B2B). You will own the entire design lifecycle, from early-stage user research and problem framing to high-fidelity UI and production-ready specifications.

• Lead the full design lifecycle for both consumer-facing and developer products, from initial research to shipping.
• Develop interactive prototypes early in the process to validate concepts and refine micro-interactions.
• Scale and maintain sophisticated design systems in Figma, ensuring visual and functional coherence across products.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to navigate scope tradeoffs and maintain high shipping velocity.
• Advocate for user needs by grounding design decisions in qualitative research, data, and behavioral curiosity.
• Integrate AI-powered creativity and prototyping tools (e.g., Cursor, v0, Bolt) to accelerate the design-to-code workflow.
• Refine complex information architectures for developer consoles and crypto-native interfaces.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to both technical teams and executive leadership.

• 5–8 years of professional product design experience with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced component architecture, auto-layout, and variables.
• Non-Negotiable: Hands-on experience or active experimentation with AI-augmented design tools (Cursor, v0, Replit Agent, etc.).
• Strong prototyping instincts, favoring interactive, code-backed, or high-fidelity prototypes over static mocks.
• Proven track record of building or significantly contributing to multi-surface design systems.
• Exceptional visual design craft with a rigorous eye for typography, color, motion, and spacing.
• Experience or deep interest in the Web3 ecosystem (wallets, DeFi, or blockchain developer tools).
• Ability to thrive in early-stage environments where problem spaces are still being defined.
