We are looking for an experienced Center Manager to lead the overall operations and performance of a TUMO Center in Yerevan. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure the successful delivery of TUMO's educational model, and create an engaging learning environment for students while leading multidisciplinary teams.

You will collaborate closely with Operations HQ, IT, Facilities, Communications, and other cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with local communities, educational institutions, industry partners, and stakeholders. • Lead the day-to-day operations of the TUMO Center while ensuring operational excellence.
• Manage center resources including staff, facilities, equipment, and technology.
• Implement and maintain TUMO operational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor operational and educational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations HQ, IT, Facilities, and Communications teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth and succession planning.
• Create an engaging and student-centered learning environment.
• Oversee student recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Ensure successful implementation of TUMO's educational programs and learning model.
• Support curriculum updates and educational improvement initiatives.
• Build partnerships with schools, municipalities, universities, and industry organizations.
• Represent TUMO at community events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
• Host visitors, partners, donors, and delegations.
• Coordinate with IT and Facilities teams to maintain infrastructure and learning spaces.
• Support operational planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data for decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills in both Armenian and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
