FxPro is seeking a Senior System Analyst to join its mobile and web product teams and contribute to the design, implementation, and evolution of mission-critical trading systems and infrastructure. In this role, you will bridge business requirements and technical implementation by transforming complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to analyze workflows, design system integrations, and create comprehensive technical documentation for customer-facing trading applications. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system functionality.
• Design technical solutions aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
• Create detailed system specifications, wireframes, diagrams, and flowcharts.
• Support development teams throughout implementation and delivery phases.
• Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing platforms and infrastructure.
• Analyze APIs and external integrations across internal and third-party systems.
• Contribute to improving system architecture and technical processes.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and requirement specifications.

• 5+ years of experience in System Analysis or similar roles.
• At least 2 years of experience working with mobile or web applications.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements for customer-facing applications.
• Experience creating system specifications, diagrams, wireframes, and flowcharts.
• Hands-on experience with API analysis and integrations including REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and external services.
• Good understanding of modern UX/UI principles.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and system architecture.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
