We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join AppFollow’s remote team and work across both core product and growth initiatives. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will design complex workflows, optimize user journeys, and contribute to building AI-first design processes.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders from discovery through delivery, turning complex challenges into intuitive and scalable solutions with clear business impact. You will also play a key role in evolving the design system and improving team-wide design practices.

• Design and improve core product experiences, including review management, automation, and AI-driven features.
• Optimize activation, onboarding, and billing flows to reduce friction and improve conversion rates.
• Own design initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition to post-release iteration.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and QA to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Create clear and async-friendly handoffs using tools like Loom, Jira, and Figma.
• Drive the evolution and adoption of the design system, improving consistency and scalability.
• Analyze funnels, identify drop-offs, and support experiments to improve growth metrics.
• Leverage user research, analytics, and feedback to validate design decisions.
• Build and integrate AI-based design workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS or web-based products.
• Strong product thinking with a focus on measurable business impact.
• Proven experience improving workflows or funnels (activation, conversion, adoption, etc.).
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces and complex user flows.
• Hands-on experience with design systems and scalable component libraries.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variables, prototyping).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
