We are seeking a Senior Algorithms Engineer to be the architectural lead for Dandy's automated manufacturing strategy. This is a high-visibility, '0 to 1' development role where you will design the toolpath and robotic control mechanisms that bridge digital dental designs with physical production. You will be responsible for automating high-dexterity tasks—such as polishing and finishing metal partials—that currently require manual intervention.
As a Software Engineer first, you will lead the development of multi-modal workflows (combining additive and subtractive manufacturing) to drive our company's global scaling efforts. You will research and implement complex 6DoF robotic control and collision avoidance algorithms to ensure 'right-first-time' production. If you are a C++ expert with deep experience in computational geometry and a desire to solve the most interesting manufacturing problems in the dental industry, Dandy offers a remote-first environment to build a lasting competitive edge.
