Digilite is looking for a proactive Project Manager (Mid/Mid+) to join its team in Yerevan. You will manage the full lifecycle of digital projects across global markets, bridging the gap between client vision and technical execution while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to a high standard.

The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams across Design, Development, and Marketing, managing global client relationships, and integrating AI-driven solutions and automated workflows into projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a project manager with a strong technical understanding who enjoys working in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and other project resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor project progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and costs using appropriate project management techniques.
• Measure project performance and provide regular status updates to management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation to improve project delivery and internal efficiency.
• Oversee the integration of AI-driven solutions and automated workflows into client projects.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between Design, Development, Marketing, and global clients.
• Escalate project issues and risks to management when necessary.

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within a digital agency or technology environment.
• Proven experience managing web and mobile application development projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and web technologies.
• Familiarity with AI tools and LLM integrations such as OpenAI API, Claude, Make, or Zapier is a strong plus.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Nice to have: PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
