We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join Pearl and help shape the visual identity across our AI-driven healthcare products. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets and ensuring consistency across all product experiences.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing to translate complex concepts into visually compelling designs. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge healthcare technology in a fast-paced and creative environment.

• Create high-quality visual assets across digital products and platforms.
• Ensure consistency and evolution of the company’s visual identity and brand.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align design with business objectives.
• Translate complex ideas and workflows into clear and visually appealing designs.
• Contribute to the development of cohesive brand systems and design standards.
• Continuously refine and elevate the visual quality of products.

• 6+ years of experience in visual design, product design, or web design.
• Proven experience building cohesive brand identities within digital products.
• Strong expertise in graphic design and visual asset creation.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and appealing visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
• Nice to have: Experience in healthcare or technology industries.
