• Lead deep-dive analytics across the entire employee lifecycle, including sourcing efficiency, onboarding, and turnover trends.
• Act as a strategic partner in HR budget execution, providing headcount modeling and resource forecasting for leadership.
• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to provide stakeholders with real-time, self-service insights.
• Maintain the 'single source of truth' for HR data, ensuring total integrity across internal systems and integrations.
• Use Python to automate repetitive data processing tasks and handle large-scale people datasets.
• Translate raw data into compelling business stories and strategic recommendations for the People Ops team.
• Monitor and analyze time-off trends and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize workforce productivity.

• 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably within HR or People Operations.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel (complex modeling, advanced formulas, and data manipulation).
• Strong Python skills for data processing, scripting, and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to create insightful visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to turn numbers into actionable leadership strategies.
• Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) integrations is a plus.
