Job Description

Eneba is looking for a highly analytical and growth-driven SEO Specialist to join its remote Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you will lead large-scale programmatic SEO initiatives designed to accelerate organic growth, increase product visibility, and strengthen Eneba’s position as a leading global gaming marketplace.

You will work at the intersection of SEO, automation, AI-powered workflows, analytics, and product optimization while collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams. This opportunity is ideal for SEO professionals experienced in building scalable SEO systems, automation workflows, and data-driven growth strategies in high-traffic B2C environments.

Responsibilities

Build and execute data-driven programmatic SEO campaigns focused on scalable organic growth.
Analyze competitors and identify new market opportunities, niches, and keyword strategies.
Design semantic site structures, keyword clustering strategies, and internal linking systems.
Define measurable SEO KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue, and ROI forecasting.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to integrate SEO best practices into the platform.
Monitor search trends, Google algorithm updates, and AI Search developments to adjust SEO strategies proactively.
Manage technical SEO health including crawling, indexing, site speed, and architectural optimization.
Develop AI-powered workflows and automation systems for content generation, research, and quality assurance.
Conduct SEO experiments to improve click-through rates and conversion rates for programmatic pages.
Identify technical blockers and work directly with developers and product managers to resolve SEO-related challenges.

Qualifications

4+ years of B2C SEO experience, ideally within Affiliate, Cashback, Marketplace, or Aggregator platforms.
Strong expertise in programmatic SEO and AI-driven content scaling workflows.
Hands-on experience with low-code automation tools such as Make.com and n8n.
Working knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
Deep expertise with SEO tools including Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
Experience with analytics tools such as GA4 and MixPanel.
Ability to translate SEO metrics into business forecasts and measurable KPIs.
Experience running SEO experiments focused on conversion optimization and CTR improvements.
Strong collaboration skills with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
Experience adapting SEO strategies in response to Google Core Updates and AI Search changes.
