Krisp is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to bring its products, technology, and stories to life through high-quality video content. You will create SaaS-focused videos for product launches, feature releases, LinkedIn, X, in-product experiences, and other marketing channels.

This is a hands-on creative role combining motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling. You will transform complex product features into clear and engaging narratives using product walkthroughs, motion graphics, stock footage, AI-generated content, and voiceovers while working closely with Marketing and Product teams.

• Produce engaging short-form videos for LinkedIn, X, and in-product experiences using product walkthroughs, animation, and storytelling.
• Create video content for feature releases, major product launches, and broader brand communication.
• Translate complex product features into clear visual narratives that communicate real use cases and customer value.
• Record, edit, and animate product UI flows, screen captures, and voiceovers for polished product demonstrations.
• Use advanced animation, transitions, and subtle motion effects to create modern and refined video experiences.
• Use AI-powered creative tools such as Kling AI, Synthesia, Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, and Midjourney throughout scripting, production, animation, and editing workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to define creative direction, messaging, and video narratives.
• Maintain consistency across motion graphics, titles, product visuals, and Krisp's broader visual identity.
• Manage multiple video projects and deliver high-quality, platform-optimized assets on schedule.

• 4+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or AI-focused company.
• Proven ability to plan, produce, and deliver complete video projects from concept through final output with minimal direction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product-focused, product launch, and social-first video work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to simplify complex product experiences into human and memorable narratives.
• Excellent judgment in pacing, composition, animation, editing, and visual detail.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity about AI, emerging creative technologies, and the evolving role of video in product-led marketing.
