Searoutes is looking for a Delivery Engineer to join its Customer Success team and own the end-to-end delivery of emissions and CO₂ reporting for enterprise customers. In this role, you will transform raw logistics data into meaningful reports, automate reporting workflows, and help customers successfully integrate with the Searoutes platform.

You will work at the intersection of engineering, data, automation, and customer success—building lightweight data pipelines, improving API integrations, identifying data quality issues, and presenting technical findings to clients. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving real-world problems, automating repetitive tasks, and working directly with customers to maximize product value.

• Process and deliver monthly and quarterly CO₂ and ocean procurement reports for customers.
• Guide customers through API onboarding from initial implementation to successful production integration.
• Build and maintain automation workflows using scripting, AI tools, APIs, and integrations.
• Connect internal systems, customer data sources, and third-party services to streamline delivery pipelines.
• Identify data quality issues, investigate anomalies, and implement long-term solutions.
• Proactively monitor customer environments and resolve technical issues before they become escalations.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor by helping customers optimize their API usage and integrations.
• Present reports, methodologies, and technical findings during customer review meetings.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve the platform based on customer feedback.
• Document processes and automation workflows to improve scalability and operational efficiency.

• Engineering or technical background with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language, preferably Python.
• Experience using AI tools to automate repetitive workflows and data processing tasks.
• Experience integrating systems using APIs, webhooks, or no-code/low-code platforms.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to proactively resolve technical issues.
• Experience presenting technical concepts and reports to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills; French is considered a plus.
• Nice to have: Experience in logistics, freight, maritime, or transportation industries.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with GHG Protocol, GLEC, EU ETS, or other emissions accounting frameworks.
• Nice to have: Experience delivering reporting or data products in a B2B SaaS environment.
