We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong Python experience to join our team and build the next generation of DevOps products for mobile developers. Codemagic is on a mission to make mobile app releases painless. In this role, you will be responsible for the backend systems that power our CI/CD platform, supporting ecosystems like Flutter and React Native at scale.

• Design, develop, and ship robust backend features and customer-facing services for the Codemagic CI/CD platform.
• Architect and optimize high-concurrency systems that handle complex mobile build environments.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate developer needs into technical roadmaps.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from initial architectural design to production deployment and monitoring.
• Participate in technical leadership, providing mentorship to mid-level engineers and driving best practices.
• Engage with the mobile developer community and customer feedback to iterate on platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain integrations for mobile ecosystems, focusing on Flutter and cross-platform technologies.

• Mid- to Senior-level professional experience building production-grade software.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and its ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of Cloud Infrastructure and distributed system design principles.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, particularly in complex, automated environments.
• Experience or strong interest in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating in a cross-functional, globally distributed team.
• Bonus: Experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database optimization.
