Job Description
As a Data Analyst Intern at Orderly Network, you will support the liquidity operations team with data processing, monitoring, and reporting across the platform's trading ecosystem. You will work closely with product, trading, and data teams to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency, while helping to support market maker onboarding and incentive distribution. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving DeFi trading environment with high data accuracy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Process, clean, and validate liquidity and trading data to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Extract and transform trading data to generate regular reports (weekly/monthly) and support alerting mechanisms.
- Monitor liquidity dashboards and identify anomalies in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update market parameter configuration tables.
- Support market maker onboarding and assist with incentive distribution processes.
- Participate in data analysis for liquidity mechanism design and assist in testing new incentive models.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and high accuracy standards.
- Ability to handle large volumes of trading data in a fast-moving environment.
- Comfortable balancing data processing, monitoring, and operational support tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving liquidity strategies and incentive mechanisms.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with liquidity operations, product, trading, and data teams.
