Planner 5D is looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join its QA team and help improve the quality of a rapidly growing cross-platform home design product used by more than 100 million users worldwide.

You will be responsible for manually testing Web, iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows applications, identifying and documenting software issues, maintaining test documentation, and collaborating closely with development and product teams. The role is well suited to a QA professional who has strong analytical skills, understands different testing methodologies, and enjoys taking ownership of product quality.

• Perform manual testing of Web frontend and backend applications, as well as iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows applications.
• Identify software issues using functional, ad-hoc, regression, smoke, integration, and other testing procedures.
• Report discovered software issues in the bug tracking system and follow them through their complete lifecycle.
• Create and maintain test reports.
• Write and maintain test documentation including checklists and test cases.
• Collaborate continuously with development and product teams to ensure product quality.
• Propose solutions and improvements to enhance overall software quality.

• 4+ years of experience testing Web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of bug tracking systems and experience writing detailed bug reports.
• Experience creating different types of test documentation using test management tools.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies including functional, integration, regression, and ad-hoc testing.
• Basic knowledge of DevTools, Postman, Charles Proxy, Android Studio, Xcode, GitLab, and related QA tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• English proficiency of at least B1 level.
• Nice to have: Experience testing cross-platform applications.
• Nice to have: Experience testing macOS and Windows applications.
• Nice to have: Russian language knowledge.
