We are seeking a Russian-speaking Team Lead / Senior Full-Stack Developer to spearhead our engineering efforts in Nicosia. Reluna is redefining wealth management by integrating AI-powered workflows into both our internal development processes and our core product. You will be an 'AI-native' leader, utilizing tools like Claude Code to accelerate delivery while maintaining the high bar for reliability required in financial systems.

As the technical anchor of a small, high-performance team, you will balance hands-on React and Node.js development with high-level architectural decision-making. You will bridge the gap between intuitive frontend interfaces and robust backend services built on the Hono framework. • Set the technical direction and maintain high engineering standards for a growing wealth management platform.
• Lead a small engineering team through structured code reviews, mentorship, and technical prioritization.
• Develop and optimize full-stack features using React (TypeScript) and Node.js (Hono framework).
• Pioneer 'AI Native' development by integrating Claude Code and other AI-assisted workflows into the daily engineering cycle.
• Architect scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with Postgres, Redis, and message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Implement secure coding practices and performance optimizations critical for financial data integrity.
• Manage the release planning process and uphold disciplined CI/CD practices using ArgoCD and Kubernetes.
• Document system architecture and contribute to continuous improvement of the internal tech stack.

• 6+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role.
• Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in Russian is required.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and Node.js (familiarity with Hono is a significant advantage).
• Strong experience with relational databases (Postgres) and caching/messaging layers (Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure including Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with AI-augmented development tools and a passion for improving engineering productivity through AI.
• Solid background in security-first development, including secrets management with HashiCorp Vault.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Bonus: Experience with financial data visualization or trading platforms.
