We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data Office and drive the analytical strategy behind our world-class trading platform. You will be responsible for designing and validating A/B tests that shape our product's evolution, using Python and SQL to uncover deep insights into user behavior and market trends. Your work will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic action, providing the 'Trade For More' advantage to our global user base.

As a key member of a fast-growing fintech environment, you will collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into analytical outcomes. You will build high-impact dashboards in Power BI and present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. • Design, validate, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate feature performance, user engagement, and UI/UX effectiveness.
• Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis using Python to identify patterns and trends that drive product innovation.
• Build and maintain impactful Power BI dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to align analytical outcomes with core business objectives.
• Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical leadership.
• Optimize internal data collection processes and enhance the reliability of product tracking.
• Identify opportunities for product optimization and strategic shifts based on data-driven evidence.
• Proactively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the Data Office's workflows.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a fintech or high-concurrency digital product environment.
• Strong expertise in Statistical Analysis and modern A/B testing methodologies (hypothesis testing, p-values, power analysis).
• Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on programming skills in Python for data science and analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Scipy).
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for data visualization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Upper-intermediate English level (B2+) with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset.
