Optimizee Group is looking for a results-driven Partnership Manager to join its remote commercial team and help scale affiliate and business partnerships globally. In this role, you will manage existing partner relationships while actively sourcing and onboarding new partners through outbound outreach and strategic relationship building.

You will work closely with leadership to negotiate commercial agreements, improve partnership workflows, and support the continued growth of the company’s FinTech and affiliate ecosystem. This opportunity is ideal for professionals experienced in affiliate marketing, outbound sales, account management, and partnership development.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate and business partners.
• Build long-term partner relationships focused on retention and upselling opportunities.
• Identify and onboard new partners through outbound outreach campaigns and networking.
• Negotiate partnership agreements including CPA, revenue-share, and hybrid commercial models.
• Review and improve contracts, IOs, affiliate agreements, and commercial terms.
• Respond to inbound leads and partner requests professionally and efficiently.
• Track and analyze sales, lead, and partnership performance metrics.
• Support operational tasks including invoicing, content coordination, and order handling.
• Represent the company at networking events and international business trips.
• Contribute to improving workflows, routines, and operational processes as the company scales.

• Proven experience managing affiliate partnerships or client account portfolios.
• Experience negotiating partnership agreements and commercial terms.
• Hands-on experience with outbound outreach tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, and Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset focused on delivering business results.
• Availability overlapping with European business hours (CET/CEST).
