Miro is looking for a Senior Product Designer - Growth, Monetisation to join its Design team and shape experiences that directly impact user conversion, pricing perception, and revenue growth.
In this role, you will design and optimize monetisation experiences such as pricing pages, upgrade flows, paywalls, and checkout journeys across both self-serve and enterprise segments. You will operate at the intersection of user experience, behavioral psychology, and business strategy, running experiments and delivering measurable impact.
You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams to create scalable, intuitive, and high-performing growth experiences in a fast-paced experimentation environment.
