We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong production experience in React and Next.js, along with experience building and shipping applications using React Native. You’ll help build and scale the web and cross-platform client surfaces of our product ecosystem—owning meaningful features from API integration through UI delivery.

This role is designed for engineers stepping into senior-level ownership. You will balance hands-on execution with growing architectural influence, making critical decisions about state management, rendering strategies, and performance trade-offs. • Build and maintain production-grade web applications utilizing the Next.js App Router and server components.
• Develop and ship cross-platform mobile features using React Native to reach end-users on iOS and Android.
• Own features end-to-end, managing everything from API design and data handling to complex component architecture.
• Implement optimized rendering strategies, including SSR, SSG, and ISR, to balance speed and SEO.
• Improve frontend performance through code splitting, bundle optimization, and reducing render cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into well-scoped technical plans.
• Participate in design discussions and code reviews to establish shared patterns and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and consistent technical feedback.

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong production experience building and operating applications with React and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience shipping mobile features with React Native.
• Expertise in TypeScript and building type-safe architectures.
• Solid understanding of state management patterns (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or React Query).
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs effectively across remote teams.
