We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Lisk and take ownership of end-to-end product design across web and mobile experiences. In this role, you will design complex financial workflows and help build a scalable design system from the ground up.

You will work closely with product and engineering teams to shape foundational UX patterns, conduct user research, and deliver high-quality solutions for onboarding, payments, treasury management, and more. This is a hands-on role for designers who thrive in building products from early stages and enjoy solving complex problems in fintech and crypto environments.

• Design end-to-end product experiences from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
• Design complex multi-step financial workflows such as payments, approvals, and account management.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in an async-first environment.
• Translate user insights into product strategy and feature direction.

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design for complex products (fintech or similar).
• Experience building or contributing to design systems.
• Strong user research skills and ability to apply insights to design decisions.
• Excellent systems thinking and ability to design scalable patterns.
• Strong communication skills in a remote, async-first environment.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools and workflows.
• Nice to have: Experience with crypto, DeFi, or blockchain products.
• Nice to have: Experience with B2B financial tools or approval-based workflows.
