EMCD is looking for a Product Data Analyst to lead analytics for its Trading Solutions product area. You will play a key role in driving data-informed decisions, identifying growth opportunities, and building analytical systems that support product development.

This role sits at the intersection of business, strategy, and data, requiring strong analytical thinking, experimentation mindset, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Own and lead analytics for the Trading Solutions product area.
• Identify growth opportunities and generate hypotheses to improve key product metrics.
• Analyze product changes and evaluate the impact of product initiatives.
• Support teams in making structured, data-driven decisions.
• Build dashboards and alerting systems to monitor key metrics and detect anomalies.
• Develop analytical tools and processes, including A/B testing and data logging.
• Promote a culture of experimentation and hypothesis validation across the organization.

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Product Analyst.
• Strong expertise in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python beyond standard analytics use cases.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Superset.
• Strong understanding of statistics and experimental design.
• Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
• Familiarity with ETL processes is a plus.
• Experience with GitLab and Airflow is an advantage.
• Background in tech companies is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
