Welltech is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to help build and evolve scalable cross-platform systems powering its global wellness applications. In this role, you will work across mobile, web, backend-for-frontend (BFF), and infrastructure layers while collaborating closely with product, design, marketing, and data teams.

The position focuses on AI-assisted engineering workflows, scalable React Native ecosystems, modular architectures, and high-performance mobile experiences, including advanced video streaming and native integrations.

• Build and evolve cross-platform ecosystems covering mobile, web, BFF, and infrastructure layers.
• Design scalable foundations for wellness applications using React Native and modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and data teams to rapidly validate and ship product experiments.
• Develop and optimize AI-assisted workflows across the software development lifecycle.
• Build shared platform tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and reusable engineering capabilities.
• Work on native mobile integrations including video playback, streaming, and HLS solutions.
• Develop modular architectures, backend-driven UI systems, and white-label capabilities.
• Build reliable integrations between frontend applications, BFF services, and platform infrastructure.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, documentation, and engineering process improvements.

• Strong commercial experience with React Native and TypeScript-based application development.
• Solid understanding of full-stack architecture across mobile, web, backend, and infrastructure layers.
• Experience building scalable cross-platform systems and reusable application foundations.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, modular systems, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tooling, and modern engineering workflows.
• Strong focus on maintainability, reliability, and rapid iteration.
• Comfort working with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows.
• Experience with backend-driven UI architectures.
• Nice to have: Node.js backend development experience.
• Nice to have: Experience with BFF services, white-label applications, or internal developer platforms.
• Nice to have: Experience with mobile streaming technologies such as HLS, AVPlayer, ExoPlayer, Chromecast, or AirPlay.
