We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team on-site in Yerevan. As part of Dubai's premier vacation rental firm, you will be responsible for creating high-end visual content that captures the luxury and professionalism of the Deluxe Holiday Homes brand. You will work across a variety of digital and print platforms, ensuring our 800+ property portfolio is presented with visual excellence.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in the real estate or hospitality sectors and possesses a keen eye for luxury aesthetics. Since we operate heavily in the UAE market, fluency in Arabic is a mandatory requirement for this role. You will collaborate closely with our global marketing team to launch campaigns that drive bookings and elevate our brand identity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Design sophisticated creative visuals for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and paid advertisements.
• Develop high-quality marketing collateral such as physical brochures, digital banners, investor presentations, and branding assets.
• Maintain and enforce strict brand guidelines across all visual outputs to ensure global brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute visual strategies for ongoing luxury real estate campaigns.
• Iterate and adapt designs based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
• Manage a high volume of design tasks simultaneously while adhering to strict project deadlines.
• Support the team with basic video editing and motion graphics for social media as needed.

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, specifically within Real Estate, Hospitality, or Marketing Agencies.
• Language Skills: Native or professional fluency in Arabic is a must; Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Demonstrated experience in branding and developing comprehensive visual identities.
• Strong understanding of social media design formats (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and current aesthetic trends.
• Ability to work on-site in Yerevan in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Bonus: Ability to perform basic video editing (Premiere Pro/After Effects).
