PulsePoint is seeking an experienced Senior Product/UX Designer to create intuitive, high-quality B2B SaaS experiences for healthcare technology products. Working closely with Product Leadership, Engineering, QA, and enterprise clients, you will own the complete UX lifecycle—from research and ideation to delivery and product launch.

This role is ideal for a technically minded designer who combines exceptional visual and interaction design skills with modern front-end knowledge and AI-assisted prototyping. You will leverage tools such as Figma, Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to rapidly prototype interactive product experiences while influencing product strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes.

• Collaborate with product leadership and enterprise clients to define product vision and translate business strategy into user-centered experiences.
• Design end-to-end user journeys and optimize workflows across the product portfolio.
• Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
• Design intuitive micro-interactions, information architecture, user flows, and responsive interfaces.
• Balance user experience objectives with business requirements while clearly communicating design decisions.
• Lead user research initiatives and convert findings into actionable product improvements.
• Own UX features from discovery through implementation, collaborating closely with Engineering and QA teams.
• Write user stories, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support product launches.
• Define, monitor, and analyze UX success metrics and product KPIs.
• Present concepts, prototypes, and final designs to internal stakeholders and clients.

• 5–8+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
• Minimum 2 years designing B2B web-based SaaS products.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Strong understanding of modern front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks.
• Experience using LLMs and AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex for interactive prototyping.
• Experience working as an in-house designer at a product-focused company.
• Exceptional visual design, interaction design, and attention to detail.
• Strong user research, usability testing, and UX strategy experience.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end B2B SaaS design projects is required.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time (U.S.).
