Job Description
Zapier is hiring a Product Manager, Growth (Revenue) to uncover and solve revenue blockers across the customer lifecycle. This role focuses on experimentation across trials, upsells, churn, and renewals, combining strategic prioritization with hands-on execution using experiments, data, AI tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support the Revenue Zone experimentation practice by defining success metrics and prioritizing the experiment backlog.
- Run experiments end-to-end, from hypothesis and design to execution and analysis.
- Use no-code tools, billing workflows, Zaps, email tools, and AI to test ideas quickly.
- Validate experiments through A/B testing and customer feedback.
- Scale successful experiments into permanent product improvements.
- Analyze customer behavior to understand upgrade, churn, and retention drivers.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to keep experiments moving and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Hands-on experience with revenue lifecycle and growth experimentation.
- Strong understanding of SaaS or eCommerce metrics.
- Comfortable working autonomously and executing without heavy engineering dependency.
- Experience using AI tools and rapid prototyping to explore ideas.
- Customer-first mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
